隔膜压滤机滤液排放装置的改进研究

Research on filtrate discharge equipment of membrane filter press

摘要: 介绍了常规的压滤机排液方式及装置,并对其优缺点进行了分析。为了进一步提高压滤机工作效率,降低滤液含固率,快速找出破损滤布,对现有的压滤排液方式进行了改进,并应用于实践。结果表明:这种新装置不仅能大幅降低滤液含固率,还能够准确快速发现破损滤布,减少窝工时间,提高了工作效率。

Abstract: Introduces several conventional methods and apparatus for filter press filtrate discharge , and analyze their advantages and disadvantages. In order to further improve yield of filter press, reduce the solid content of filtrate, quickly find out the damaged filter cloth. The improvement of the existing press liquid discharge method is carried out, and applied in practice. The results show that: the new device can not only greatly reduce the solid content of filtrate, also can quickly and accurately find damage cloth, reduce down time, improve work efficiency.
